Christopher (Chris) J. Perske founded this firm as a way to provide high-quality, personalized legal services in a variety of practice areas.
Chris has over ten years of experience representing clients in Minnesota. Chris is admitted to practice in Minnesota in both state and federal court. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Prior to opening the Perske Law Office, Chris gained valuable experience in several areas. Chris previously practiced in the area of Insurance Law with a Minneapolis firm. This experience provided Chris with the opportunity to litigate a variety of matters, representing insurance companies as both plaintiffs and defendants. These cases included arson, product defect, and property damage cases throughout Minnesota in both state and federal court.
In addition, Chris has significant experience in the area of employment law. Prior to opening the firm Chris also worked for a leading Minneapolis employment law firm assisting in representing employees in disputes with their employers. These cases included employment discrimination and harassment cases in both state and federal court. This work also included contract negotiations and representation of state and federal employees as well as union and non-union members. Prior to entering the practice of law, Chris was employed in human resources for a multi-national corporation with a local workforce of 150 employees. Both of these experiences allow Chris to assist employees and employers as clients in resolving their employment issues.
In addition to the experience listed above, Chris has represented individuals and companies in real estate and business matters, transactions, and litigation. These issues range from purchases and sales of real estate and businesses, incorporation, and dispute resolution.
Finally, the firm is proud to work with individuals in estate planning situations and assisting family members with probate questions and representation.
Chris graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.
